1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Workwind products and services (including Workwind and Subsets), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Workwind's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services
- Obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally provided by us
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Workwind's services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Workwind makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Workwind or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Workwind's services, even if Workwind or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Workwind's services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Workwind does not warrant that any of the materials on its services are accurate, complete, or current. Workwind may make changes to the materials contained on its services at any time without notice.
6. Materials and Content
Users of Workwind and Subsets agree that they will not:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Harass or discriminate against any individual or group
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Workwind's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Workwind or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without the prior written permission of Workwind.
8. User Content
By uploading, posting, or sharing content in Workwind or Subsets, you grant Workwind a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Workwind be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this service for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings.
10. Account Termination
Workwind may terminate or suspend your account and access to its services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
11. Modifications to Terms
Workwind may revise these Terms of Service for its services at any time without notice. By using these services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we may provide to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workwind operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability
